Our Story

Ocean State Nanny Agency was founded by Natalia Vladyka in 2013 to help families manage the difficult task of finding a quality nanny in Rhode Island. Natalia has over 10 years of prior professional nanny experience, including caring for newborns, six sets of twins and children with special needs. She also has 3 years of prior experience as a Newborn Care Specialist, specializing in the night time care of newborn twins and sleep training.

From her 10+ years of experience as a professional nanny and now being a mom to a 1 year old boy, Natalia has a true understanding of what families are looking for in their childcare provider as well as an understanding of who qualifies as a true professional nanny and not just a regular babysitter. Natalia brings expertise, insight and enthusiasm to her clients as they seek to find the perfect candidate to care for their home and children. Natalia's goal is to make this process easy, rewarding and exciting for her clients. With very high standards of professionalism and character, she only represents candidates that fit a very strict set of guidelines and requirements.
