A family in Newport is seeking a full time nanny for their 2 year old son and newborn daughter, beginning ASAP. The schedule needed is Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am-6pm (36 hours). Responsibilities will include working as a partner with the mom to care for both kids, general childcare, serving the toddler pre-made meals, kids laundry and tidying both kids spaces. They are seeking a nanny who has professional nanny experience caring for young toddlers and newborns, and is up to date on immunizations (flu & tdap). A Spanish or Portuguese speaking nanny would be a plus but is NOT mandatory. Pay is $30-$35/hr.+

A busy family in Warwick is seeking a part time nanny for their twin 2 year old boys, beginning on October 26th. The schedule needed is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm. Responsibilities will include playtime, taking them on local outings, handling their breakfast, lunch and snacks, nap time and light cleaning pertaining to the twins only (playroom tidying, their laundry, loading dishwasher). There are 2 cats in the home. Nanny should have a clean driving record and be able to commit to the family until at least June 2027. Pay is $32-$35/hr + gas reimbursement.

 

Part-Time Infant Nanny Needed ~ Warren, RI

Their ideal schedule would be Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-2pm but they are open to two or three weekdays with flexible hours if the nanny preferred. The family highly prefers a Spanish speaking nanny as the father is Ecuadorian and they’d like a nanny who can speak Spanish to the baby. Responsibilities will include care of the baby, baby food prep, and light cleaning help. The family has 3 dogs so nanny should be comfortable with dogs. General responsibilities will include care of the girls, bringing them to activities/outings, household help (keeping inventory of groceries/household items and knowing when things are running low and need to be ordered, picking up prescriptions when needed, etc.). The family is looking for someone who is great at multitasking and has professional experience with older school aged children. The girls are very artistic and love acting and drawing. Both girls have food allergies and the oldest has moderate ADHD so someone comfortable (or experienced) with both is a must! The family had a nanny for 9 years who became part of their family so they hope to find someone new to join their family and help raise their girls! Pay is $30-$35/hr, on the books.

The baby was a preemie so they are only looking for a nanny who is highly experienced with newborns/infants and having experience with preemies would be an added bonus. Responsibilities will include full infant care including feedings, changing, naps, age appropriate activities (tummy time, reading, etc.) and light cleaning pertaining to the baby only. Family Assistant Needed ~ Cranston, RI

A very busy family in Cranston is seeking a family assistant to join their team and help keep their home running smoothly. They’d like someone to start around October 5th and the schedule needed is Monday-Friday from 12pm-6pm (non-negotiable). They have three boys who are 10, 8 and 6 but they have a part time after school nanny so no childcare is needed. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: running errands, grocery shopping and putting away groceries, food prep (washing fruits & veggies), organizational projects (pantry, closets, playroom, etc.), organizing the kids rooms/toys/clothes, scheduling appointments as needed (dentist, drs, home vendors), researching camps/sports when needed, seasonal projects (holiday decorations, ordering Christmas cards), etc. No heavy cleaning is expected as they have weekly cleaners. The family assistant will have access to a car to use during working hours. There are two medium sized dogs in the home so candidates should be comfortable around dogs. Their ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a similar role, be extremely reliable, organized, detail oriented, and proactive. Someone who has prior professional experience as a family assistant or household manager with private families is an absolute must for them. This is a long term position and they hope to find someone to stay on for many years. Pay is $38-$40/hr on the books plus a health insurance stipend and standard benefits (paid vacation, holidays and sick pay).​​
