Fun & Active Nanny Needed! ~ Clayville, RI

A family in Clayville (close to Scituate) is seeking a high energy and fun nanny to join their family and help with their two girls ages 4 and 3. A new baby is also due the first week of August. They are looking for someone to start ASAP! From now until end of July, the schedule is part time Monday-Friday from 3pm-8pm and then come last week of July it’ll shift to full time Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm. The full-time schedule can potentially be flexible for an amazing fit. The girls are currently in summer programs and come September, both girls will be in full-time school in Providence. The girls are fun, active and artistic and love to do arts and crafts, puzzles, play dress up, play games and be outside running around (they live on 15 acres of farm land!), so a nanny who can keep them engaged with structure, projects and fun activities is a must! Besides childcare, other responsibilities will include kid based cleanup, laundry and light organizing. They have two friendly dogs so nanny should be comfortable with dogs. They are looking for someone long term to grow with their family! Pay is $35/hr., on the books.

 

Nanny-Family Assistant Needed ~ East Providence, RI

A busy professional family is seeking a part time nanny-family assistant to join their family and help with their home and 10 year old daughter. The start date needed is August 31st (some flexibility if needed). Their schedule preference would be a split shift schedule of M-F from 6:30am-8:30am & 3pm-7pm (30 hours) but they can also accommodate just an afternoon schedule of M-F from 3pm-7pm (20 hours). Responsibilities will include driving the child to/from school and any activities she has, homework help, engaging/playing with her, meal prep, making shopping lists/ordering household items as needed, running errands, laundry/dry cleaning help, organizational projects, etc. They are looking for someone who has professional experience as a family assistant and knows how to help keep a home running smoothly and is proactive and reliable (an absolute must). Someone with experience with school aged children is also a must as well as a clean driving record. Pay is $30-$35/hr, on the books.

 

Summer Nanny Needed ~ Barrington, RI

A family in Barrington is in need of a nanny for the remainder of the summer, beginning ASAP and lasting until September 7th. They have a little boy who will be 2 in August and another boy who is 6 but he is in full time camp so care for him will be rare. The schedule needed is Monday-Friday from 9-5 or 8-4. Responsibilities will include full care of the toddler, handling his meals/snacks, keeping him active outside, and light cleaning (kids laundry, keeping playroom tidy and toddlers meals). Pay is $35/hr.

 

Full-Time Nanny Needed ~ East Greenwich, RI

A busy family in East Greenwich is seeking a full time, long term nanny beginning ASAP. The family has four children ages 4, 2 and 9 month old twins. The older two children are in full time daycare so the majority of the care will be for the twins. The schedule needed is Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm with some flexibility required. The mom is home so the nanny will work as a partner with her to be an extra set of hands and be dedicated to the care of the twins. The parents will be managing the older two boys so the nanny will be responsible for just the twins. They are looking for a fun and laid back nanny who has professional experience caring for young infants (twin experience would be amazing but not required!), and is experienced when it comes to infant milestones, baby food making, etc. The family values consistency, communication and a calm, nurturing childcare approach. Child related tasks only are expected; bottles, laundry, tidying play areas etc. The family spends a lot of time at the beach club in the summer so they’d love someone who is comfortable around water and comfortable watching children around water. Nanny must be CPR certified. Pay is $30-$33/hr, on the books.
